The universal application of inclusion is a key aspect of Joe’s educational approach, including the importance of adapting to every individual student, central to the Westminster Tutors ethos.
Academically, Joe studied English Literature, French and Latin at A Level, being awarded a place at Greyfriars, Oxford in September 1998 to read Law. He was President of the Oxford University Law Society. He left after two years, deferring his place, to become a writer. In 2010 he completed a Masters in Screenwriting from the National Film & Television School and when time allows still enjoys writing and advising on scripts. From 2001 to 2010 he worked in hospitality management, including at the Chelsea Arts Club (2004-2008). His experiences both at world-leading educational institutions and in business management have given him a broad and balanced understanding of how to bring the best out of people.
Joe tries to live by his own advice on the importance of physical health to mental health, regularly cycling, swimming and running.
